Return and Refund Policy

At Fight Luv, we strive to provide high-quality products that inspire and support your journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Items such as personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return address (as returns may go directly to Printful’s fulfillment center, depending on your location).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless defective)

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or incorrect)

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
