Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

Items such as personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return address (as returns may go directly to Printful’s fulfillment center, depending on your location).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.
